Ticket info

This time there will be 300 registration spots offered in two rounds. 150 spots for folks who have attended a previous GearBlast:EU, and 150 for the general public. Please note that these two rounds of registration will be 2 weeks apart from each other because it takes time to verify that all applicants for the first round are already in our database.

ROUND ONE: 150 spots - opens on Sunday, August 9th at 20:00 CEST – 18:00 UTC for previous attendees. ROUND TWO: 150 spots - opens on Saturday, August 22nd at 20:00 CEST – 18:00 UTC to the general public.

The registration link will be posted here on the GearBlast:EU website and also in the usual Telegram groups and other social media. There will be an additional “reminder newsletter” shortly before the two ticket sale rounds start.

General registration notes:

• Only folks who have attended a previous GearBlast:EU may be registered in round 1.

• Once 300 people are registered, a waiting list will be activated. This will only happen after round 2 has finished!

• Registrations are not transferrable between people; cancellations are filled by the next person on the waiting list.

• The ticket sale (including joining the waiting list and cancellation option) will end approximately 4 weeks prior to the event. No more changes will be possible after that time.

• Only two (2) tickets / registrations can be purchased by one person. Tickets are personalized on the nickname(s) given.

Registration cost The price of registration this year will be €95 for the 1-day pass, €170 for the 2-day pass and €245 for the 3-day pass. This covers access to the GearBlast party on the respective day(s), all soft drinks and beer/wine/coffee at the bar. Other alcoholic drinks are at your own cost. As the number of lockers at the venue is very limited, these come at an additional fee of €10 (valid for all three days) which can be added to your ticket registration if you need one.

The BBQ on Thursday will be free of charge again for everyone holding a ticket for Thursday! During registration, you can also let us know if you plan to attend the intended Gearwalk in Bonn on Saturday between 12:00 and 14:00 – just for us to know roughly how many participants we can expect to see there. Please note that we are still awaiting the "green light" from the authorities at the moment. The flea market on Saturday afternoon will also take place again - accessible for everyone holding a valid ticket.

GB:EU 2026 will take place at "Ares" – Im Broich 8, 53359 Rheinbach. The location is located between Bonn and Euskirchen. You can find some photos of the location here in the newsletter for a first impression.

The Ares is bigger than the Port Of Senses, so we can offer more tickets for you this year. However, we would like to ensure that the family character of GB:EU is preserved. However, a larger location also means higher costs – we will inform you about this when we have calculated everything.

Unfortunately, there are fewer lockers in the Ares than in the Port Of Senses, but we will provide enough storage space for your gear / luggage.

There are many parking spaces directly on the premises, so that the parking situation will improve significantly. It is also possible to leave gear in the car, as the area is fenced.

All areas are a little better distributed and demarcated from each other, so that the bar, socializing, dance floor and the play areas are less likely to mix or interfere with each other. In the play areas, there is always the possibility to create some privacy via curtains.

Due to the location of the Ares, we are forced to adjust the opening hours a little. There is a hard limit to the end, but we will open for you sooner.

Party starts at 7:00 p.m. (areas open)

Party ends at 02:30 a.m.

All guests must leave the site by 03:00 a.m.
