Time for some important information about our rules and the dress code.
⛔ The minimum age for entry is 18 years.
1. Access is exclusively granted to participants owning a valid ticket and that are on our ticket holder list. No exceptions will be made. By purchasing a ticket, the participant agrees to the here mentioned rules, terms and conditions and will act accordingly. In case of any violation, the GearBlast EU team reserves the right to exclude the participant from the event.
2. The dress code is FULL GEAR and will be checked at entry. More detailed info on our dress code further down.
3. Items that violate the house rules are not allowed and must be left at the entrance. Weapons mentioned under the German weapons law are part of this.
4. Crew members of GearBlast EU will watch over the event and will make sure rules are being followed. Following their instructions is absolutely mandatory.
5. Drugs of any kind (including “poppers”) and drinks not purchased at the venue are strictly prohibited at this event. Violators will be prosecuted to the extent of the law. We reserve the right to exclude them from the event.
6. Food and beverages are only to be consumed in the bar area and are not to be taken into any other area of the venue.
7. Taking photos or recording audio on your own equipment is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted. This also applies to the use of cameras in any kind of mobile device or any audio recording device. During the course of the event, photos and videos are being taken by the crew and will be published (Art. 6 Abs. 1 Satz 1 lit. F DSGVO) and made available for the participants.
8. The use of mobile phones is only permitted in the entrance area. Exceptions can be made by individual permission from the crew.
9. Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue during GearBlast. There will be a designated outdoor area.
10. Of course we all want to have lots of fun together. Watching others or joining them is mostly welcome. Please ask kindly and if you're being asked not to, please respect that.
11. We kindly ask you to have loud conversations only in the bar and entertainment area
12. Please be considerate of others and of the venue by cleaning up after yourself. Trash bins are provided at the premises.
13. No one likes sling or bench hogs. Share the equipment!
14. The organisers accept no liability for personal belongings of GearBlast attendees.

- Work gear and Hi-Viz
- Fur suits
- Super heroes
- Puppies/doggies
- Football, Hockey, Ski…
- Law enforcement, SWAT
- Military
- Masks, helmets, gloves, boots, protectors, straps and belts over the gear etc.
Mix your gear the way you like it and the way it represents who you are and what you want the
best, you usually have the best ideas yourselves!
In case you're not complete and won't make it to gear completion until the event starts, be sure
to check the forum on Planet Romeo, our facebook group or the Telegram group chat to ask other
gearheads if they can help you. Many gear heads tend to bring a lot of gear and might be willing
and able to help you out with gear for the party.

Hier ein paar sehr wichtige Informationen zu den Regeln des Events und zum Dresscode.
⛔ Das Mindestalter für den Einlass ist 18 Jahre.
1. Einlass erhalten ausschliesslich Teilnehmer, die ein gültiges Ticket besitzen und auf der Anmeldeliste stehen. Ausnahmen gibt es nicht. Mit dem Kauf des Tickets erklärt der Teilnehmer sich mit den hier genannten Regeln einverstanden und hält sich daran. Bei Zuwiderhandlung behält sich das Team der GearBlast Europe vor, den Teilnehmer vom Event auszuschließen.
2. Der Dresscode lautet VOLLGEAR und wird am Eingang kontrolliert. Mehr zum Dresscode weiter unten.
3. Nicht zugelassene Gegenstände im Sinne der Hausordnung müssen am Einlass abgegeben werden. Dazu zählen unter anderem Waffen, die unter das Waffengesetz fallen.
4. Crew-Mitglieder der GearBlast Europe überwachen das Event und setzen die Hausordnung durch. Ihren Anweisungen ist in jedem Fall Folge zu leisten.
5. Betäubungs- und Rauschmittel (auch “Poppers”) sowie das Mitbringen eigener Getränke ist strikt untersagt. Zuwiderhandlungen werden in jedem Fall den Behörden angezeigt und wir behalten uns den Ausschluss der involvierten Personen vom Event vor.
6. Essen und Getränke dürfen nur im Barbereich konsumiert und nicht in die anderen Bereiche mitgenommen werden.
7. Eigene Bild- und Tonaufnahmen sind strengstens verboten und werden zivil- und strafrechtlich verfolgt. Dies gilt auch für die Benutzung von Kameras in mobilen Endgeräten jeder Art sowie tragbarer Aufnahmegeräte. Es werden im Laufe des Events offiziell Fotos und Videos gemacht und auf Basis berechtigter Interessen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 Satz 1 lit. F DSGVO) der Veranstalter veröffentlicht und den Teilnehmern zur Verfügung gestellt.
8. Mobiltelefone sind ausschliesslich im Eingangsbereich gestattet. Ausnahmen sind mit der Crew zu besprechen.
9. Das Rauchen ist während der GearBlast im gesamten Gebäude nicht gestattet. Hierfür ist ausschliesslich der Aussenbereich zu benutzen.
10. Selbstverständlich wollen wir alle gemeinsam möglichst viel Spass miteinander haben. Fragen, schauen und mitmachen ist meistens gewünscht. Sollte man Dir anderes zu verstehen geben, bitten wir Dich darum, dies zu respektieren.
11. Laute Gespräche sollen nur im Bar- und Entertainmentbereich geführt werden.
12. Vom Teilnehmer benutze Bereiche sind sauber zu hinterlassen. Müllbehälter stehen überall bereit.
13. Niemand mag Sling- oder Möbelbelagerer. Teilt das Equipment!
14. Der Veranstalter übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für persönliches Eigentum der Teilnehmer.
GearBlast Europe ist ein Vollgear-Event. Das Motto lautet: so wenig sichtbare Haut wie möglich. Sneaks und Speedos oder nackt im Harness mag geil aussehen, gehört aber so nicht auf die GearBlast. Was also trage ich an Gear?

Mixt das Gear wie es Euch gefällt und wie es am besten ausdrückt, wer Ihr seid und was Ihr wollt,
Ihr habt selbst meist die besten Ideen!
Falls Ihr noch nicht ganz komplett seid und noch etwas braucht, um Euer Gearglück fürs Event zu
perfektionieren, nutzt das Forum auf GR, die Facebook- oder die Telegram-Gruppe und fragt, ob
Euch jemand etwas leihen kann. Viele Gearheads haben einiges an Gear dabei und vielleicht findet
sich jemand, der Euch aushelfen kann.
